To examine the association between antidepressant use and the risk of death due to suicide in a cohort of 865000 men and women. A register-based cohort study of all citizens in Sweden, with a mean follow-up of 11years. We identified individuals receiving at least one prescription for antidepressants in 1999-2007 (N=209420) and followed them up through 2013, and linked the registers to death and cause-of-death information. We compared the risk of death due to suicide (International Classification of Diseases-10th revision codes X60-X84) among users and non-users of antidepressants. The study included 88193 users and 175327 non-users of antidepressants. The rate of death due to suicide was 18.3 per 100000 person-years for antidepressant users and 20.4 for non-users. The adjusted odds ratio (OR) for death due to suicide was 1.12 (95% confidence interval [CI] 1.09-1.15) for antidepressant users, and 1.26 (1.22-1.30) for non-users, relative to users of other medications. This suggests that the effect of antidepressants on the risk of death due to suicide was about four-fold higher than the effect of other medications. The study has several limitations, but the results suggest that the use of antidepressants is associated with a moderately higher risk of death due to suicide. The Effects of a Moderate-Intensity Interval Exercise Program on Fatigue and Fitness in People with Fibromyalgia: A Randomized Controlled Trial. Our aim was to determine whether a moderate-intensity interval exercise program could be used as an effective method to reduce fatigue and improve aerobic capacity in people with fibromyalgia. Forty-six women with fibromyalgia were randomly assigned to a group that performed the moderate-intensity interval exercise program twice a week for 4 weeks (n = 26) or to a control group that performed the program once a week for 4 weeks (n = 20). The moderate-intensity interval exercise program was composed of 16 exercise sessions of 30 minutes each, which was divided into two equal blocks of 12 bouts of 8-minute exercise bouts. Self-reported fatigue was measured using the modified fatigue impact scale (MFIS-5). Aerobic capacity was measured using the 6-minute walk test (6MWT). During the 4 weeks, the MFIS
