Decaffeinated coffee is the same as regular coffee, but has a majority of its caffeine removed. As mentioned above, decaf coffee still contains a very small amount of caffeine (around 3 percent compared to regular coffee) since 100% of caffeine can never be removed completely.


How to Brew?



Fresh Coffee







Heat your water to 90 degrees or boil a kettle and leave it sit for 30 seconds

Pre heat your caffetiere and mug

Grind your coffee to a coarse grind

Weigh out your coffee and use 65 grams per litre as a starting reference

Pour your water into the coffee

Leave sit for approximately 4 minutes

Plunge and pour all of the coffee out of the cafetière

Alternitavely pour the coffee out of the cafetière using the mesh as a filter without plunging


Brewing & Storage Instructions

For best tasting results keep the zip on your pouch closed. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
