I'm the younger, not as nippy, but definitely better looking brother! I recently graduated from NUI Galway with a degree in Biomedical engineering, and am currently working full time with Boston Scientific in Galway. For me, the majority of my college career was fueled by coffee. However, I could never find a coffee blend that could mimic the authentic café experience.
Every man has his limit. One day I decided, enough was enough.
Both Josh and I were tired of waiting for that perfect taste, and decided that we would create it ourselves and share it with you.
What we have created, has been the result of months of hard work and grinding (literally)... We have already learned so much about coffee beans, blends and how to achieve the perfect taste.
We really appreciate all the support, and hope you enjoy the coffee as much as we do.
